Personally, I think that no matter how hard the government tries, or the world for tt matter, they cannot stop terrorism totally. Why?
The Internet, of course! Who can stop everyone from setting up a place in the net to spread their influence? They can do anything they want.
Because the Internet exists, and that its functions is for info to be spread widely across the globe, connecting us despite geographical distance, the efforts in trying to counter transterrorism itself cannot be fully successful.
Furthermore, who's to know if a terrorsit group held meetings, training sessions, etc at remote places? Or if they had other tricks up their sleeve, other methods which we have never even considered before.

Globalisation is the so-called 'shrinking' of the world. It means that the world is getting smaller, and people are getting more and more connected amongst each other, despite us being on the other side of the world, perhaps.
From the picture, I can see many symbols and pictures that are commonly known to other people around the world. For example, the Disney characters, Coca-Cola, and the TV. From this, I can infer that globalisation has a huge impact on the world, because almost everyone can recognise the characters or items in the picture.
From the picture, I can also see that the characters are donning army suits and using the 'globalise' items as weapons for a war they are having. There are also people who are under the control of the characters. From this, I can infer that globalisation has become a huge part of us , and we are controlled by it. We have no choice but to go along with the flow of globalisation.
I think the purpose of the picture is to show the international community that globalisation has conquered the world so that the international community can take action to either continue supporting globalisation or go against it.
From the picture, i can see disney cartoon characters invading an island. The characters are clad in soldier uniform. Their ships are bombing the island with coca cola cans. A bunch of soldiers are waving a flag with a microsoft icon on it to the ships reaching the island. The island inhabitants are yelling and running away from the soldiers with guns.
From the picture i can infer that globalisation is being united and form a group of people who are in trend and eliminate the original life style of people. i say so because a group of mickey mouse are introducing coca cola to an ordinary group of people, they are also trying to eliminate them and took control of the land. futher more gliobalisation tells me that people who are in trent travel by high technology transportation
